First stool arrived with one leg broken where the wood included a major knot, so more a problem of manufacturing than of damage in shipping. Arranged a return. Second stool arrived quickly, legs appear intact, but no hardware pack.

So much for trying to save time by ordering online. Apparently for the low price, quality control is not included.

I might keep returning them until I get a whole one just to see how many tries it takes.

This saddle seat is a great buy. It's sturdy and a fraction of the cost compared to others of the same quality. Easy to assemble and looks great in my newly remodeled kitchen! Highly recommend this stool.

I ordered a Total of 6 of these stools, and four were light and two were dark. Even though all the boxes said walnut, they are different colors! Beware if u need a lot that match.
